FAQs

  • Like most specialty providers, we do not accept insurance, however we are happy to provide you with an invoice for you to pursue a reimbursement from your insurance provider. Please use the tool below from our partner, Mentaya, to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services

  • We strive to ensure that modern therapy is accessible and accommodating for all clients residing in California, therefore we offer sessions online and in person at our Westlake Village office.

  • I’m so excited to get to know you! Before scheduling our first therapy session, I offer a free 15 minute intro call with all potential new clients. This gives us the chance to learn more about each other, talk about your interest in starting therapy, and gives you the opportunity to ask any additional questions you may have for me. Please schedule the intro call through my online calendar

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
